At around 15:19 UTC the TextRazor API suffered from degraded performance for a period of around 3 minutes. This was due to a classifier database hardware problem, with auto failover to a secondary node taking longer than expected. The system is now fully recovered, we will continue to monitor while investigating the root cause. |
